Meet Your Wildlife Biologist

My name is Franklin Whittaker and I am an FAA qualified airport wildlife biologist. I obtained my degree from Oregon State University and have been working at airports in various capacities for nearly a decade. We started HAEC because we wanted to create a company that was different; a company that used innovative practices and encouraged community involvement and outreach. It was with this idea that the Safe Skies Initiative was born. At HAEC, we believe that wildlife management practices should be comprehensive and at the forefront of current policies while fostering a positive relationship between airports and the surrounding community and stakeholders.
